Gemma started her career as a Quality Control technician at Abbott Laboratories in 2000, and at G.W.Pharmaceuticals in 2002, she then moved to the research department when she joined the team at Pfizer in 2004. Gemma completed her HNC in Pharmaceutical Science in 2005. After having a break to start a family, Gemma began working at a local pharmacy as a technician and also temporarily at the Medway School of Pharmacy in the dispensing laboratory.
Gemma returned to Medway School of Pharmacy in 2015 and now provides teaching support to the pharmacy practice team in the dispensing laboratory, the OTC and clinical skills.
